Visiting Prisons – runner-up

A tool to support the families of prisoners coping with the experience of being apart from a loved one.

Visiting Prisons began life as ‘Prison Visits’ and won £1,000 as the runner-up project at April’s Social Innovation Camp.

The idea developed from an idea submitted to our Call for Ideas for how to make visiting a loved one in prison a more humane experience.

The project is still under development and seeking further funding.
