Social Innovation Camp Saturday
December 6th, 2008

The first full day of Social Innovation Camp is drawing to an end and most of the teams are still working away at the Young Foundation.
It’s been an incredible twelve hours since we set the wheels in motion bright and early this morning. Our seven teams have been busy proving the potential of their seven ideas: we’ve got laptops and cables everywhere, alongside good old post-its and pens. Teams have been filming, photographing, researching and drawing, as well as coding, designing and testing. The Guardian’s Jemima Kiss wrote a nice little round up of how things were progressing this morning.
It’s amazing to see what’s unleashed when you wind something up and just let it go…. Social Innovation Camp is only ever as good as the people who join us, and today, they’ve been pretty incredible.
